在家十日好 [ 分类:美食 Food ]
我在家能待的日子不多，大约十天左右。
作为一个孩子，在家里最大的好处，就是能够享受父母烹调的各式美味。
比较一下在学校里饥一顿饱一顿的饮食状态，莫过于天上地下。
在福州，食物的选择范围很广，山珍海味或者淡水产品皆可随意品尝。
哦，当然还有享誉中外的小吃。孙燕姿说她最喜欢的是“福建面”和“鱼丸面”，嘿嘿。
说到这里不免还是要叨咕一下，北方的那是什么“鱼丸”嘛，分明只是面粉团而已。
那我最喜欢吃什么呢？想想……微波香肠、炖童子鸡、糟菜煮肉、沙县拌面、清蒸菜蟳。
后面三种是福建特色，而前两样好像是举国都能吃到的东西。只是我喜欢更清淡一些的做法。
糟菜听起来比较奇怪，但是如果煮肉真的是人间美味，回头带几包回天津清朋友们享用吧。
咕噜……饿了……忽然想起来还有一道芹菜燕丝……啧啧……不能再说了，馋死。
