Gmail生日快乐！ [ 分类:科技 Tech ]
通常情况下，我尽量避免使用感叹号，尤其是在标题中。我不喜欢把激烈的情绪挂出来示众，但在看见Gmail的生日logo时，还是迫不及待地爬上来打算抒发一下。
两年前的4月1日，有几个人会相信“Google推出1GB邮箱”这种听起来根本站不住脚的愚人节玩笑呢？但是在今天，身边离不开Gmail的人已经无处不在。你不得不承认，这个邮箱系统实在是太好用了！
在Gmail推出之前，Ajax技术还被认为是个形同鸡肋的极客玩具。但是，当富有创造力的Google工程师用它实现了令人惊叹的客户体验之后，Ajax在一夜之间成为了最炙手可热的技术名词之一。而类似的场景，从Google在斯坦福校园里那间狭小的宿舍里以实验品的形态出现的那一刻起，就在不断重演。
前几天采访Hay公司的总裁Murray Dalziel，他们和《财富(Fortune)》杂志共同推出年度“最受尊重公司排行(Most Admired Companies)”。今年的落脚点，正是创新。在Murray看来，创新远非单纯的个人行为。组织文化和团队氛围共同构成了自上而下的创新机制。领导者必须赋予整个组织以标准(让成员据此做到最好)、清晰性(令目标和期望得到明确界定)、责任(给予员工适当的授权)和灵活性(新鲜创意被迅速接受，把官僚作风降到最低)。
Google的组织文化，让他们能够保持源源不断的创新。最近看《Search》，对此深有感触。

最近脑子用的多了，才发现自己原来变笨已经很久了，看到“创新”两个字，就说了些与主题无关的话，LZ见谅~~~~~：）
