搬了家 [ 分类:随笔 Diary ]
新家终于装上了宽带，得以在半夜写blog。曾经数次尝试在办公室里更新，都因为偷鸡摸狗的心态导致思维闭塞而作罢。
本站最忠实的读者——我妈——在上周发来了最后通牒，要求我立刻发出长短不限的“安民告示”一篇，以确保亲戚朋友们都知道我还安然无恙地活着。但对于一个每天要花3个小时坐40站地铁的IT业者来说，保证至少6小时的日睡眠量才是实现可持续发展的第一要务。
之所以会陷入这样暗无天日的状态，都因一年前的择址不当所致。当时我还是个有大把时间可以纵情挥霍的商业记者，生活状态用现在最时兴的字眼形容，就是“宅”——日夜待在数字设备足以构建独立通讯社的家中，住在哪个犄角旮旯里不都一样嘛？
我揣着存折走进了东五环外一处鸟不生蛋的售楼处。当时内心最大的挣扎莫过于：“以后周一早晨11点要赶到安定门外开会，我得几点起啊？真是太可怕了。”
后来，正如你所知，我去了五道口上班。当时老妈打电话来说：“刚才你爸在 Google Earth 上指给我看了你新公司的地址，会不会太远了啊？搬家以后上班可怎么办啊？要不然换个工作吧，你不是认识很多在东边的媒体吗……？”
为了缓解气氛，我把河北移动欢迎你的笑话又复述了一遍，以示天下大同、无大所谓。不过我没敢告诉她老人家，在新家周边，黑车师傅听的确实都是河北音乐广播，信号清晰、音质优美。
2007年秋天，换工作和搬家几乎是前后脚发生的事情。搬家前夜，去王府井吃饭，的士从北向南穿过北京城。看光影在窗外划过，发觉自己将要正式告别一个人生阶段。
过去总说世界在变，却没有想过变化的速度会这么快。还记得大四那年在经观实习的时候，去同事家吃饭，被她家里的装修吸引，不断地问这问那，感慨住进自己的房子是遥不可及的梦想。两年之后，我竟也拥有了同样质感的餐桌和沙发——那天我最念念不忘的两样东西。
装好宽带，把电器都倒腾了出来，安装调试统统搞定，主卧的一角又变成了办公区的样子。不敢停，又到客厅里，把还没有收拾利索的箱子盒子都放到该放的位置。几个小时下来，终于有了家的模样。
看着眼前的战果，觉得自己终于开始像个成年人一样在生活。想法来得突然，突然得自己都解释不清楚前因后果。想起来康艺从伦敦发来的邮件，正好可以当作答案。
Hi Steven,How are things with you these days? They say that moving house, changing jobs, like marriage, divorce, illness & bereavement etc are all part of the ten most stressful events in modern life.... you have changed jobs & move house all about the same time... so you do have my sympathy!
But being young and enterprising, I'm sure you will be able to deal with these temporary challenges. When things get you down think about the brighter side of life, what you've got (your own home) and are gaining (new skills), also take some time off to exercise & relax a bit, even if it's just for ten minutes in between jobs will be helpful!
Randy tells me your flat is on the top floor of an eight-floor building, (flypig: it's a sixteen-floor building,) doesn't that make it a penthouse flat? Did you know that here it's very snazzy & posh to have a penthouse flat! You asked whether it's correct to say "I moved to my new house"... I would now call it your home, the house is a building but the home, as they say, is where your heart is. Some people also call it humbly "my pad"! I'm sure you will settle down to your new environment very soon.
The 3-hour+ commute a day is a bind. But you'll get used to it. Just shut your eyes and rest, listen to music or do some yoga, reading in a moving vehicle always gives me a headache. Cheer up FP, and do keep in touch. (when time allows!)

补充一下，我已经习惯了漫长的地铁奔波。Yoga是不可能在北京的地铁里做的，不被挤到流产就算命大了。不过呢，谢天谢地，我还没有看过《Friends》。正好上班路上两集，下班路上两集，一路呵呵呵呵呵，就到了目的地。轻松得很呐！

第一次在flikr上看到很多你的新家的照片时，就对于这张从沙发视角向窗外望去的北京黄昏的照片印象深刻。让我想起以前住在望京的“新家”和北京的美丽“秋日黄昏”。
看着这张照片，好像自己就舒舒服服的赖在这么有质感的沙发上，看着曾经熟悉而又陌生的景象，很想回家。谢谢你，FP，让我在北纬49度的秋雨中回了一次家。
一个沙发半个家，好好享受你的“新生活”！
