某哥们从传统媒体去了一家美国网站，名曰“HowStuffWorks"，内容做得挺有趣，正打算挺进中国。此君新官上任，首要任务自然是招兵买马，打来电话：“年轻人，了解互联网，最好做过媒体——有靠谱的人吗？推荐几个。”
“靠谱”两个字，立刻把我放倒。之前做过两年媒体，写的又多是IT行业里的故事，我的手机通讯簿里少不了满足前两个条件的姓名。不过要帮一家创业型公司找些靠得住的新人，却好像很难在这份名单上找出匹配的记录。
今天，去新公司上班正好三个月。回头看看，才知道自己在媒体里曾经是怎样的无法无天：月初定下的选题，直到三周之后才开始做功课；月底做版，开工前三小时才把稿子发到主编的信箱；上午11点开碰头会，虽然从家到办公室不过十分钟的距离，也要踩着点匆忙到场。
说“物以类聚、人以群分”，我这两年认识的年轻编辑记者，也只有极少数能够贴上“靠谱”的标签——完全无法给出可靠的期待值，似乎已经成为许多媒体从业者的通疾之一。而既然大气候如此，听之任之也成了不二之选。
去网站上班的第一天，领导就强调：在这里，周期以日计，不按时交活，整个链条都要受拖累。爬格子，多是单打独斗的活儿，闭门造不出车，也不过是罚抄“下不为例”。到了门户网站，环环相扣，靠不住，就容易变成破坏力巨大的蝴蝶效应。
做媒体和做网站，虽然有知识和经验上的共通之处，但对于个人品质的要求，却天差地别。前两年，每逢与在公司做事的朋友聊起职业，他们几乎都异口同声地说到：“你还年轻。想去公司，趁早。”虽然一家互联网公司仍无法脱离媒体的属性，但我也逐渐明白了话中的道理。
我的blog，总是没有固定的话题。一会儿说些身边鸡毛蒜皮的琐事，一会儿说些互联网上古怪的商业模式，一会儿又翻译几篇西方媒体上有趣的文章。不过读者群倒也因此有了三个特点：80后多、对互联网感兴趣、熟悉媒体行业。
想来想去，与其我绞尽脑汁地翻电话簿，还不如在blog上转发职位描述比较有效。具体要求点“完整阅读”链接，发简历前请三思。

工作描述：
开发基于Web页面的商业应用程序。
整合第三方用户界面。
利用CSS样式表进行视觉设计。
辅助设计面向程序员的用户界面开发工具。
技能要求：
三年以上web开发经验，成功完成多个web交互程序。
精通CSS。
JavaScript专家。
深入了解各种Web规范，通晓浏览器之间的差异，并知道如何应对。
最好具备基本的Java编程能力。
懂得如何设计美观的用户界面。
注重细节。
良好的沟通能力。
计算机专业本科毕业生优先。
