作文簿2.《周记：第一次上网》 　[ 分类:随笔 Diary ]

在我儿时的玩伴中，十之八九是在“瀛海威”的帮助下完成互联网启蒙教育的。

拜当时一本名为《我在美国信息高速公路上》的畅销书所赐，赶潮流的男女老少们还顺便记住了“Information High-Way”这个拗口的词组。

虽然中国电信最早面向福州的普通民众提供了互联网接入服务，但是直到瀛海威以相对低廉的价格与铺天盖地的地面营销进行了二次推广之后，院子里的工薪家庭才陆陆续续用上了互联网这个新鲜的事物。

后来，因为瀛海威的电话拨号接入速度慢到了常人所不能容忍的地步，我们家改用了电信的服务。

下面这篇周记里的一些场景发生在当时福建省图书馆门口的“瀛海威科教馆”中，第一次踏入其中的惊奇感在此后的许多年内不再有过。我也记得最后一次去那个科教馆的时候，那里已经门庭冷落，每台电脑旁边都贴着一张告示：“禁止使用163与169拨号上网服务。”

文章的作者是我，写作日期是1997年2月3日。当时我正在念初一。经过我的仔细回忆，内容应该是属实的。有趣的是，当时说“上网”，似乎还是“开通互联网接入服务”的意思。

我不明白当时的文章里为什么夹杂了一些毫无必要的英文单词，或许是自以为有趣，或许是为了跟老师显摆自己还会点儿洋文，现在已经很难揣测出当年真实的潜意识了。

2月3日 星期一 阴有小雨

“哇……”经过一个学期的艰苦奋斗，总算可以放下书本，好好地 play 一下了。这不，伸了个懒腰，打了个呵欠，全身舒服极了。

上午，又闲着没事了，就骑着车子在街上闲逛。骑着骑着，不由自主就来到了省图旁的“瀛海威时空”。为什么呢？因为媒界(介)常说：“现在是科技高速发展，信息日新月异的时代。要‘不出户，知天下’，一条路——上 INTERNET ！”瀛海威则是一家提供信息服务的大公司，我家又准备上网，所以赶紧先来学习学习。

一进门，就看见七八台上了互联网的电脑前都坐着人，他们正在 INTERNET 上寻找自己需要的信息资源。我立刻坐到了一台电脑前，在一位姓曹的叔叔的指导下玩了起来。

许一天一夜也说不完。总结起来有以下几点：E-mail (电子邮件)、WWW、时空论坛、电子报刊、电子咖啡馆等。其中呃 E-mail 是广大“网虫”们最热衷的一项。

作为一个篮球迷，我到往上的第一件事，自然是到 NBA 的主页上看一看当天的赛况。我在网址一栏输入“WWW.NBA.COM”。不一会儿，屏幕上就出现了 NBA 的主页。嘿，内容多着呢！有“全明星队球员名单”“新秀介绍”“当日赛况”，还有一些当天精彩的图片、影像可供观看、下载。可惜的是，内容全部为大段大段的英文，要借助翻译软件才能略知一二。

当然，国内也有一些著名的中文网点(站)，如“八闽BBS”、“中国微软”、“北京图书馆”……为中国用户提供了方便。

一个上午的参观学习，让我开阔了眼界，学到了新知识，受益匪浅。我也明白了何为“坐地日行八万里，纵横时空瀛海威”。

打完字，觉得看起来真像是一篇拙劣的公关软文。哎哎。

补充一下：为什么我第一个上的网站会是 NBA.com 这种偏门的东西呢？因为当时福建电视台引进了 ESPN 的一个叫作 “NBA Action” 的节目。每期节目里面呢，都要出现一个三维的 NBA.com “首页”，极尽夸张之能事。

后来真正上网看了看，发现电视上那种效果根本都是骗人的，其实心中充满了失望与怨恨。当时并没有直白地将这种负面情绪反应在作文簿里，可见初中生的表达能力已经完全被命题作文练习给弄拧巴了。
