2009年：一个品牌和一本书

2009年，忙到令人发指。至此发指结束之际，来跟各位做个总结。
今年做了两件大事：一是成立了设计品牌 Da Code，二是出了一本叫做《敢吗：改变人生的日记书》的书。对我自己来说，2009基本可以称之“设计年”。
先从 Da Code 说起吧还是。
这事儿的起因比较奇怪。在4月的某个晚上，我、张亮、松木莫名其妙地在三里屯约了个饭局。其中聊到 Apple4us ，说是应该尽快创点儿收，支付这个博客的人工成本。后来，我们先是在 Apple4us 上做了一个“T计划”，再后来，它就变成了独立的 Da Code 。
虽然经历了两次判断失误，但 Da Code 的成绩还是很令人意外。它在一个月的时间里创造了6位数的销售纪录。虽然利润上看不算大赚特赚，不过从最初的出发点来评判，也够 Apple4us 吃上一阵子了。
中间的种种故事，你可以在 Da Code 的博客上找到。有篇《周末画报》的报道，我一直很喜欢，在这里能看到。
后来，Da Code 进入了暂停状态。
原因之一，是我开始做的这本《敢吗：改变人生的日记书》。
这事儿的起因看起来比较正经一些。在2007年底，通过“反波”认识的康艺从英国给我寄来了一本书，叫做“This Diary Will Change Your Life 2008″。很难忘记当时看到这本书的兴奋，我几乎是在办公室里整个抽搐了起来。
转眼到了2008年12月，我去 Amazon 上抢了10本《This Diary Will Change Your Life 2009》送人。有三个收到了这本书的朋友——张亮、闹闹、平客——后来对我讲了相同的话：“你应该出一本这样的书。这对于你来说再合适不过了。”
想起来大概确实如此。做过媒体的人，都会想要出一本书。但是对我来说，驾驭20万字，实在是不知道会拖到哪年的事情。既然之前做过许多设计，不如就还是从设计下手。
平客是第三个向我提出这个点子的人。他最后成功地把我拖入了出书的这潭浑水。
得益于 Google Docs 上面的一张选题表，我用“历史回溯”功能捋了一下制作《敢吗》的时间线：6月2日，所有设计选题确定；整个6月到7月，出书计划停滞，全力在做 Da Code；8月，出书计划又被提上日程，开始进入没有周末的状态；9月份，休了一周年假，以每天3个的速度突击设计；10月，和出版社之间开始密集开会，第一版设计稿被大量枪毙、密集修改。
这个修改的过程是痛苦的。因为10月之后我换去一家新公司做事，平日工作量大幅增长。结果就是：一来没有时间去做自己的事情；二来整个人的状态也很不适合进行创作。但是出版计划已经在出版社的时间表上，也没有什么延期的余地可谈。在经历了七八次创意被耗尽的瓶颈期之后，每次和出版社开会，都要在心里默念一百遍：“别再改了，再改就没法出了。”
好在《敢吗》最后还是如期出版了。因为事前没有太多声张，所以在新书发布会前两天提出这件事情的时候，许多朋友的反应都是：“天呐，你忙成那样，书怎么还是出了。”连我回想起来也是匪夷所思的一件事情。
接下来的一段时间，会陆陆续续地和各位分享这本书的幕后故事。因为刚刚经历了这样一个密集的创作过程，脑子仍然不能缓过来，写的字有点儿无趣，也请各位多多包涵。

That’s awesome!!!!! You got a good internship! the fact that you enjoy your work you will least likely fall into what other call “burn-out”. You see your internship as natural process of learning and small pellet mill that was very great! However, if that experience doesn’t turn as job opportunity don’t think of it as invaluable for your future because that learning can be used in many ways.
I receive a problem subscribing to your RSS Feed… It says feed is active, however I never receive updates in my feed reader… Any Thoughts?
